CYRILLE GOSSE – Director

Since 1992, Cyrille GOSSE, the founder and Director of PeopleSource - has been living in Indonesia, gaining an intimate knowledge of the country and the Asia-Pacific region from multiple perspectives. Equipped with the experience from being a student to a product manager in a French pharmaceutical company, and from working at a multinational world-leading recruitment and staffing consultancy to setting up his own business, Cyrille has experienced Indonesia and its markets from many angles.

In 2005, he leveraged his varied expertise to create PeopleSource. In just five years, the Company has set up a regional office in Singapore, and branches of offices in Indonesia, with more to come in the near future. Having the wisdom of experience and vision for the future, Cyrille continues to lead the company with the passion and dedication to find the best recruitment and staffing solutions for his clients. 

MELCHER KLINK – Branch Manager, Soewarna branch

A Dutch national, Melcher has a degree in Engineering from The Hague University in the Netherlands.  Melcher has seven years of experience in the logistic industry in several countries, including the Netherlands, Singapore and Indonesia. His professional background covers almost ten years in Industrial Management, Logistics, and building businesses from scratch. He has experience in setting up the DGX companies in both Indonesia and Singapore. Melcher's experience, knowledge and management expertise in these industries, helps PeopleSource to provide specialized services to our client's business and finding the right candidates especially for the logistic sectors and more. 

NICOLAS MOREL – Business Development Executive

A French national, Nicolas's experience spans over several roles in business development across a range of industries, mainly in Finance, Banking and Retail, both in France and in Indonesia. His skills are integral to the industry side of things at PeopleSource, helping him to build business and consolidate relationships with clients and partners. For Nicolas, the needs and satisfaction of our clients comes first, which is reflected in the way he provides his undivided time and attention to answer your business's most important queries, issues and concerns.

ANGELA CHALID – Executive Search Consultant

A creative young lady with experience spanning the Marketing, Promotions, Event and Channel industries, Angela truly understands the technical and people aspects of the marketing industry. Her ability to translate her experiences and her wide network of contacts helps PeopleSource to match the right people to clients' marketing vacancies, and creative-related jobs. Being fluent in English, Indonesian and Chinese has enabled her to successfully work in the Indonesian multicultural market. 

NADYA SOETEDJA – Senior Executive Search Consultant & Marketing Communications

Enriched with both education and professional experiences in the Hospitality, Marketing Communications, and Advertising industries on both the client and the agency sides, Nadya brings to our team excellent people and communications skills. With a 'never say die' attitude, she constantly pushes the envelope, whether it be in challenging candidates, suggesting developments to internal processes, and finding ways to get around difficult tasks. Having previously lived and studied in Europe and Australia, has equipped her with the skills to adapt and understand international clients and candidates. 

DESY GUNAWAN – Accounting and Administration Coordinator

As the face behind the numbers, she is an integral part of the company and its financial success. Desy manages payroll, accounts, book-keeping and any other affairs that may come up. With her cheerful attitude and willingness to help and get her hands dirty even if it is outside the scope of her work, Desy exemplifies the hard-working attitude and personality we look for in our candidates for our clients.

NATALIA SETIADHI – Administration & Payroll Executive

The one who gets all your figures done. She’s got a hawk’s eye for detail, and rightly so, for she is responsible for all the payments of outsourced employees and the fine print within invoices and contracts. A straightforward yet bubbly personality, Natalia’s excellent communication and facilitation skills ensure all work is done in a timely and organised manner.

SARAH SOEGIONO – Branch Manager, Sudirman Branch

Sarah is equipped with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, both in Australia and Switzerland, and previously a part of the management team at the Grand Hyatt in Doha, Qatar. Sarah's exemplary organisation skills combined with her high standards, responsible nature and ability to connect with people helps PeopleSource to ensure our recruitment process runs smoothly, accurately and in a timely manner. She brings  value to the hospitality industries and other areas with human relations. 

EVA OCTAVIANI – People Development Leader

Eva, with high perseverance and determination has developed her career within the company, being promoted from researcher to consultant at PeopleSource within the past three years. Eva has been one of the key personnel in the PeopleSource development process, where her lateral thinking combined with her background in Industrial engineering has been put into best practice for the benefits of our clients. From her extensive experience in the recruitment industry, Eva brings special expertise especially to the technical and engineering positions.

ROSALIA EVELINE – Recruitment Executive

Rosalia is all about people, She enjoys interacting with different personalities and different cultures. Having a background in International Studies and now pursuing a Master's degree in Communications, Rosalia started at PeopleSource as a researcher and progressed toRecruitment Executive. Rosalia is skilled in researching, analyzing, and understanding the needs of a variety of industries and international companies. With her communication skilsl and adaptability, she can relate well to various clients and candidates. 

ARYUNINGTYAS – Executive Search Consultant

Aryuningtyas, having graduated from the Inholland Business School in the Netherlands has worked in the recruitment industry since. Starting her career as a recruitment intern at Intel Corporation in Amsterdam before coming to PeopleSource, she brought all her valuable multicultural experiences on-board with us. Based on her experience, Aryuningtyas has an in depth understanding of the Logistics and IT businesses firsthand. Her skills and abilities are also complimented with her previous position on the client side as a recruiter, which brings a combination of specialist expertise in dealing with her clients. 

KARINE PLE – Branch Manager, Talavera Branch

A French national, Karine has  ten years of experience in the Asian region including Thailand, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Her interest mainly lies in communication and developing relationships with people across various industries. Having a Masters degree in International Trade, Law, and Marketing, along with a post-graduate degree in Negotiation and International Trade, Karine is an individual with an open minded and strategic way of thinking that complements her mature and confident characteristics.

CATHARINE LAOREN – Executive Search Consultant

Catharine has a mixture of local and international expertise. She was born in Indonesia but lived, studied, and worked in the United States. Having experiences in the recruitment industry in the US, she brought with her an international perspective and unrivalled expertise that is truly an asset to PeopleSource and all of our clients.  With Catharine's passion in finding the right solution and her intelligence, expertise, and pleasant character, she is able successfully assist any clients.

Having travelled, studied and lived abroad, Ayuningtyas has ability to see things in a different perspective and she is well equipped to assist in the recruitment process for any client.
