Since 1992, Cyrille GOSSE, the founder and Director of PeopleSource - has been living in Indonesia, gaining an intimate knowledge of the country and the Asia-Pacific region from multiple perspectives. Equipped with the experience from being a student to a product manager in a French pharmaceutical company, and from working at a multinational world-leading recruitment and staffing consultancy to setting up his own business, Cyrille has experienced Indonesia and its markets from many angles.
In 2005, he leveraged his varied expertise to create PeopleSource. In just five years, the Company has set up a regional office in Singapore, and branches of offices in Indonesia, with more to come in the near future. A Dutch national, Melcher has a degree in Engineering from The Hague University in the Netherlands. Melcher has seven years of experience in the logistic industry in several countries, including the Netherlands, Singapore and Indonesia. His professional background covers almost ten years in Industrial Management, Logistics, and building businesses from scratch. He has experience in setting up the DGX companies in both Indonesia and Singapore. Melcher's experience, knowledge and management expertise in these industries, helps PeopleSource to provide specialized services to our client's business and finding the right candidates especially for the logistic sectors and more.
A French national, Nicolas's experience spans over several roles in business development across a range of industries, mainly in Finance, Banking and Retail, both in France and in Indonesia.
